Our Commitment to Health and Safety
Complete Demolition has developed a culture which recognises health and safety is more than simply a statute requirement. We are committed to delivering the highest standards possible for employees, partners, local communities and anybody else who visits or passes our sites.
We employ a full time Health & Safety Director to ensure competent advice is readily available on all our projects. Our Health & Safety Director is NEBOSH qualified as well as a Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
Improving employee welfare
Our commitment to employees also goes far beyond meeting legislation. In line with the family values which have shaped the Company, we have implemented a number of initiatives to help improve the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of our people. These include:
- Access to health screening for every employee, in addition to compulsory occupational health screening requirements
- Access to free life assurance cover for every employee, together with a jointly funded stakeholder pension
