Complete Regeneration was very proud to work on the transformation programme on Manchester Town Hall Complex for the enabling contractor Keepmoat. The project which includes the Town Hall Extension, Central Library and St Peters Square comprised of refurbishing the buildings and spaces to enable them to deliver state-of-the-art services while maintaining the historic architecture for future generations.
Complete Regeneration working as a subcontractor undertook the sympathetic soft-strip of the building. Prior to works commencing access and egress routes were sufficiently protected to prevent any accidental damage to the fixtures fittings and finishes on the listed building. The works included removal of floor coverings, ceilings, partition walls and electrical equipment. All were removed carefully to minimise any disturbance to the original features of the building.
Complete was the first demolition contractor in the area to recycle 100% of local demolition waste.
