Complete Regeneration have completed the strip-out and propping works on a live care home in Manchester for Cruden Property Services.
Works included full strip-out of the building including removal of floor coverings, ceilings and block walls. Operatives then proceeded with the installation of the propping, working from a tower scaffold. Steel plates were put up against the soffit and the Acrow props tightened up to keep them in place. When areas of propping have been completed, it was inspected and signed off by the client’s temporary works co-ordinator before the next phase of works proceeded. When signed off, the operatives working from the scaffold towers broke-out the masonry walls and removed the materials.
