Connahs Quay School

Complete Regeneration was appointed by Kier Construction to carry out the specialist demolition works on Connahs Quay High School in North Wales.

The project included deconstruction of sections of single and 2 storey steel framed structures and mechanical demolition of a concrete framed building.  The specialist demolition crew commenced with the hand demolition works to separate from the existing live buildings before moving onto the mechanical demolition of the Technology Block in its entirety.

Close liaison with the client and school ensured the works were carried out in an agreed and pre-planned sequence to avoid any disruption to the live school.
