Booths Hill House, Cheshire

Complete Regeneration acted as Principal Contractor for this project on behalf of McCarthy & Stone.  The project involved the demolition of a residential block for the elderly comprising approximately thirty flats across two floors.  The scope of works included taking out loose fixtures and fittings, removal of asbestos coatings to all the ceilings followed by a limited soft strip prior to mechanical demolition.

Complete Regeneration carried out a mail shot to the local residents before work commenced onsite to inform them of the works and programme.  The site was in a quiet residential cul-de-sac surrounded predominantly by retirement bungalows. Complete Regeneration liaised closely with neighbours during works, particularly in relation to noise and dust.
