Employee Training

Our structured training programme provides essential knowledge and a springboard for continuous personal development. This ensures we always have suitably qualified and experienced people operating within an agreed safe system of work, under the supervision of non-working site managers and supervisors.

A fundamental part of our training policy is to review training regularly with our bespoke matrix. This review helps us to identify areas and opportunities for staff development and improvement. Our annual training plan ensures that our workforce achieve and maintain the necessary skills to carry out their tasks correctly and safely.

As well as being registered with Construction Skills, we use the National Demolition Training Group to ensure our employees are trained to CCDO level (Certificate of Competence for Demolition Operatives). As required by law, all our employees undertake an annual refresher asbestos awareness course and Cat B Asbestos Removal training for non-licensable asbestos removal operations 

Our Site Supervisors are certificated CCDO Demolition Supervisors.
